I found the album.... Stormy Weather is on Disc 3 on the album "The Complete Dinah Washington On Mercury Vol. 2 (1950-1952), I took a copy of the album cover, for some reason I cannot attach to this message box, but it is a grey album cover with a large round circle that is blue and her picture is at the very top of the circle.. she has quite a few albums, but this should make it easier to find.... hope this helps...
