way i see it, they dont want anyone to know! the clues change all the time, conflict with each other, and of course people will argue because everyone WANTS them to be from their state! maybe we're just supposed to WATCH the show and ENJOY it without worrying about the location of a FICTIONAL television show. i love the simpsons as much as the next chick who grew up with them, but truth is, ITS NOT REALITY. hasnt anyone noticed the tree house of horror episodes? bart has died like twice right? maggie became a green alien bart also got replaced by his "not evil" twin oh, and not to mention they meet every single celeb thats famous at the time. its not meant to be critisized on this leval!
