Hey guys. Glad to find this thread that has been going for thirteen years now. Nice work. I tried googling these symptoms and ended up here. My right ear is very hot and red, while the rest of me is cold. It seems like people are talking about stress, lack of sleep etc. I've definitely been stressed at work and it first happened after a long shift. I'm glad we're all in this together. Let's keep this thread going for another 13 years. Maybe more scientific research will be done in the future that will reveal to us the true origin of the single redhot ear. ACAB
