Hi all. I also have experienced burning ears. Mine really went crazy starting in 2015 when I started developing other symptoms as well. I also have burning feet and hands, as well as numerous other health issues. Long story short, I discovered that my symptoms were all related due to Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. I also have secondary erythromelalgia. What has helped me most with the burning ear syndrome and erythromelalgia is taking H1 and H2 blockers (Zyrtec and Zantac) as well as quercitin. All of these help to either stablilize my mast cells or block the histamine that comes from my mast cell degranulation. It also helps to stay away from all foods that are high in histamine.
If you find yourself having multiple health issues, check into MCAS. It could be the cause of your burning ear syndrome too.
