I am forty years old, I get really hot ears when its cold in autum and winter, its been happening to me since i was very young, sometimes both ears or from one ear to another, it lasts 2 or 3 hrs and then goes away and always begins and ends at the same times of the day, in the evening to lessen it I try to wear light clothing before it begins, sometimes going to bed helps, I cannot use heaters and I stay away from hot ovens and sometimes its really bad were both ears get hot including my face!
