i have had this problem for years. someone thought it was a reaction to fermented fruit. i could have a glass of red wine or and sweet alcohol for that matter, within seconds i am so red in my ears, cheeks and red blotches on my neck and chest. i also get it the same time almost everyday, after lunch 4pm then again at about 9:30 pm and it last for about an hour. hope i helped.
