I have periodically suffered from red, hot ears and red cheeks. was getting them every single day at about 2:30 pm. They would last well into the night. Very annoying and embarassing. I know some of you reading this have the same condition. If you are like me, your condition is caused by a combination of Stress, Poor Nutrition, Lack Of Sleep. Try this: Get 8 hours of sleep - Eat better foods: Salads and vegetables are a must. Don't even think about fast food! Yuk! Go to Subway instead and get a tossed salad with some baked chicken. Exercise: First thing in the morning is best (do 20 minutes on the treadmill, etc. Weightlifting is very good) Take it easy. Try to reduce your stress level. Don't let so many things bother you. (Red ears can add to your stress, remind yourself that you are in the process of curing them)
