Hello, Ebube. I may not know you, but it looks like we may have heard the same song on NTA in Port Harcourt in the early 2000’s
At the time, my family was living on Imo Street in Oyibo, Rivers State. Our next-door neighbour was a lady we knew as Mama Onyi, and I remember her telling us that her sisters were the ones who sang that song. Her husband was a policeman, and they had a domestic help named Nkemjika.
We were a family with three kids,(now four) and one of my siblings is named Fega. Mama Onyi’s children, including Onyi and Tochukwu, went to Paradise Secondary School. I’m the eldest brother in my family.
This is just a wild guess, but I’m wondering if any of this rings a bell. I’ve also been looking for this song for years, and when I saw your comment, I thought there might somehow be a connection.
